Clients often ask if I can recommend a book or audiobook or an online resource for a particular interest or problem. One of my issues is that I really am a BIG reader so I always want to recommend 5 books! It can be difficult to be sure what will work for someone else … you know the “are they ready for this message yet?” at this particular point in their lives?
If they are then … perfect.
If they’re not … I just bored them for no reason.
So I find it easier to suggest a list of books that I have liked/used extensively/fangirled about/recommended to anyone who would stand still long enough – for many years and then you can see if any of them resonate with you.

Just fabulous! Ask the question in your mind. Open the book. Read the answer
Sarah and Helen do an engaging podcast so this book was not my first introduction to them. It’s an excellent book for anyone who is starting to think that perhaps they don’t quite fit the mould at their current workplace. Maybe they did …
I think this is the single best book I have read on setting boundaries to change your choices, your self-esteem and your life. I’ve audited a lot of boundary books – because it’s a constant issue with clients.
I’m in the process of chang…
