So what else is there to do on a miserable February day except let your hairdresser talk you into ‘something different’? Something purple, blue and gold?
I went in with my own dark blonde that had some very faded coppery highlights in it and came out looking a little bit like an over-age Goth.
The colours look remarkably different depending on the lighting conditions. I actually think it looks best in daylight when the Peacock blue highlights look gorgeous. So gorgeous that I’m pretty sure that next time I’m going to have the blue as the main colour with some purple and gold highlights.
Anyway, for now, I like it – and thanks for all the kind comments on social media.
